Hi, I’m glad you’re here. If you are here, it is because you are looking for something; something that you feel may be out of reach. You are not alone.
Counselling with Understanding, Respect, and Authenticity
I bring a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to online therapy and counselling, creating a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and my role is to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and develop practical tools for meaningful change.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, life transitions, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you are struggling with something specific or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next, therapy can provide an opportunity to slow down, gain perspective, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My approach to therapy is individualized and client-centred. I take the time to understand your unique experiences, goals, values, and strengths rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we can explore the patterns that may be affecting your mental health and relationships while developing strategies that are practical and relevant to your everyday life.
As an online therapist, I aim to make counselling accessible, convenient, and comfortable. Online therapy allows you to access professional support from a space where you feel at ease, making it easier to prioritize your mental health alongside work, family, and other responsibilities.
I bring empathy, curiosity, respect, and genuine care to every session. My goal is to help you build greater self-awareness, strengthen your coping skills, improve your relationships, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you are looking for online counselling or therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, life transitions, or emotional well-being, I invite you to reach out. Therapy is a meaningful first step toward feeling more grounded, connected, and empowered.

I work with a variety of modalities and interventions. I tailor my approach in collaboration with each client to make sure that what we are doing resonates with you. Some of the modalities and interventions I use:
Somatic Narrative Therapy
explores the connection between the stories we carry and how those experiences show up in the body. By noticing both thoughts and bodily sensations, you can develop new perspectives and create more choice in how you respond to life
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
focuses on your strengths, goals, and the changes you want to make rather than focusing only on problems.
Emotionally Focused Therapy
explores the emotions and relationship patterns that shape how we connect with ourselves and others. It helps you better understand your emotional needs, strengthen secure connections, and develop healthier ways of responding in relationships
Compassion Focused Therapy
helps you develop a kinder, more supportive relationship with yourself, especially when navigating shame, self-criticism, anxiety, or difficult emotions. It builds self-compassion and emotional resilience while helping you respond to life’s challenges with greater understanding and confidence.
Visualization & Meditation Interventions
help calm the mind, reduce stress, and build greater awareness of thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. These practices can support anxiety management, emotional regulation, mindfulness, relaxation, and overall mental well-being by creating a greater sense of calm and inner connection
Psychoeducation
helps you better understand your mental health, emotions, behaviours, and coping patterns by providing practical information and tools. It can support greater self-awareness and help you develop effective strategies for anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, relationships, and overall mental well-being
Attachment / Relational Therapy
explores how early experiences and relationship patterns can shape the way you connect with yourself and others. It can help you understand attachment styles, relationship patterns, boundaries, communication, and emotional needs while developing healthier, more secure and fulfilling relationships.
Trauma Focused
helps you understand and process the impact of trauma, PTSD, and difficult life experiences in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment. It can help reduce trauma-related symptoms, strengthen emotional regulation, and build a greater sense of safety, resilience, and control.
Creative Therapy
uses creative expression, art-making, and therapeutic activities to help explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences that can be difficult to put into words. It can support emotional processing, stress reduction, self-expression, self-discovery, trauma healing, and overall mental well-being in a safe and supportive space.
Integrating these therapeutic approaches into a kaleidoscope approach and drawing from different perspectives and techniques allows us to create a therapy experience tailored to your unique needs, goals, and healing journey. Together, we can find the combination of evidence-informed therapeutic approaches, practical tools, and creative strategies that best support your emotional well-being, growth, and lasting change.

Are you someone who has become curious about yourself, and exploring the experiences, patterns, and stories that have shaped who you are? Maybe you are struggling to understand how you fit in, why you are anxious, or who you want to become. Maybe society is telling you to behave in a way that does not work for you: because of your gender identity, sexual identity, or cultural identity. Maybe you are ready for change. I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, identity, and inner world at your own pace. If you are ready to begin a journey of self-exploration, I invite you to take that first step toward greater self-understanding, connection, and meaningful change.
Life Transitions and Identity
Navigating life transitions can bring uncertainty, self-doubt, and questions about who you are and where you are going. Whether you are experiencing a career change, an ADHD or neurodivergent diagnosis, relationship transition, becoming a parent, moving through a major life change, or re-evaluating your values and identity, therapy can provide a supportive space to process these experiences. I help clients explore their identity, build self-awareness, and reconnect with what feels meaningful and authentic to them. Together, we can work through the emotions and challenges that often accompany change while developing greater confidence and clarity about the future. My goal is to help you move through life transitions with greater self-understanding, resilience, and a stronger sense of who you are.
Relationships and Family Dynamics
Healthy relationships can be deeply rewarding, but communication challenges, conflict, changing family roles, and unresolved patterns can create stress and emotional strain. I support clients navigating relationship difficulties, family conflict, communication problems, boundaries, codependency, and changing family dynamics in a compassionate and non-judgmental space. Therapy can help you better understand relationship patterns, strengthen communication skills, establish healthy boundaries, and develop more secure and fulfilling connections. Whether you are experiencing relationship stress, family tension, interpersonal conflict, or challenges in setting boundaries, we can explore the underlying patterns and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to help you build healthier relationships while developing greater self-awareness, confidence, and clarity in how you connect with the people who matter most.
Addictions and Chronic Health Concerns
Living with addiction, chronic illness, or ongoing physical and emotional health concerns can affect every part of life, from relationships and work to identity, confidence, and emotional well-being. I support clients navigating substance use, addiction and recovery, chronic pain, chronic illness, health-related anxiety, stress, grief, burnout, and the emotional impact of long-term health concerns in a compassionate and non-judgmental space. Therapy can provide support for processing difficult emotions, developing healthy coping strategies, strengthening resilience, and navigating the changes and uncertainty that can come with chronic health conditions or recovery. I recognize that physical and mental health are closely connected, and we can explore how your health experiences may be affecting your mood, relationships, sense of self, and day-to-day life. My goal is to help you develop greater self-compassion, emotional resilience, and practical tools for navigating addiction recovery, chronic health challenges, and the complex physical and emotional experiences that accompany them.
Complex Trauma
Complex trauma can have a lasting impact on how you see yourself, experience relationships, regulate emotions, and navigate everyday life. I support clients experiencing the effects of complex trauma, childhood trauma, relational trauma, attachment wounds, emotional abuse, neglect, and adverse life experiences in a compassionate, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental space. Therapy can provide an opportunity to better understand trauma responses, work through difficult emotions, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthier patterns of relating to yourself and others. Together, we can explore how past experiences may continue to influence your self-esteem, relationships, boundaries, anxiety, emotional well-being, and sense of safety while building greater self-awareness and resilience. My goal is to support you in healing from complex trauma at a pace that feels safe and manageable, while helping you develop a stronger sense of self, healthier relationships, and greater confidence in your life moving forward.
Religion & Spirituality
Religion and spirituality can be meaningful sources of identity, connection, purpose, and guidance, but they can also become areas of uncertainty or conflict during periods of change. I support clients navigating religious identity, spiritual identity, faith transitions, religious trauma, spiritual trauma, and questions about meaning, values, and personal beliefs in a respectful and non-judgmental space. Therapy can provide an opportunity to explore how your faith, spirituality, culture, and personal values shape your sense of self and your relationships with others. Whether you are experiencing spiritual doubt, questioning your faith, leaving a religious community, navigating differences in religious beliefs, or seeking greater alignment between your values and your life, we can explore these experiences together. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can develop greater clarity, self-understanding, and a sense of meaning while making choices that feel authentic to who you are.

My background as a therapist is shaped by a diverse career spanning ESL education, both overseas and locally, service industry work from McDonalds to Whole Foods, fundraising for education nonprofits and management in public schools. My educational background in linguistics gives me a unique perspective on communication, relationships, and the systems we move through every day. I continue to teach advanced grammar for MOSAIC and remain passionate about exploring how language, systems, and systemic issues can be adapted to create environments that are more inclusive, supportive, accessible, and enjoyable. I am particularly interested in the intersections between spoken language, the language of the body, and the language of the soul, and how bringing these forms of communication together can help us better understand ourselves and one another. Outside of my professional work, I am an avid reader and creative who enjoys spending time with my cat, connecting with my family, friends and community, and exploring the great outdoors. These experiences continue to shape my curiosity, empathy, and belief that meaningful healing can emerge when we create more space for authenticity, connection, and the many ways we communicate.
