Helping adults build healthier, more secure, and more authentic relationships.
Welcome to a safe space.
You may be here because you feel stuck in the same relationship patterns, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to communicate what you need in your relationships. Maybe you keep finding yourself in the same patterns, struggling to communicate your needs, feeling emotionally burned out, or navigating a major life transition.
Whatever you are facing, you don’t have to face it alone.
I work mainly with adults navigating relationship challenges, attachment patterns, identity exploration, and the complexities of ethically non-monogamous relationships. I offer affirming support for LGBTQ+ and ENM/poly clients, and provide counselling in both English and Spanish.
I strive to make everyone feel heard and understood. It's essential to me that every client has a positive experience and feels that they have made progress by finding someone who is truly in their corner. I'm here to help my clients discover how to transform their lives into ones they are truly happy with by better understanding themselves and learning to create and maintain healthier, more authentic relationships.
It's an honour to walk beside you on your journey.
What I Help With
I work primarily with adults who are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, identity questions, and the emotional patterns that can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. You don't need to have a diagnosis or be in crisis to come to counselling. Sometimes you simply know that something isn't working anymore and want support figuring out what comes next.
Some of the areas I commonly support clients with include:
-
Major changes can leave you feeling uncertain about who you are and what comes next. I support adults navigating burnout, career changes, education, marriage, relocation, changing family dynamics, and other significant life transitions. Counselling can be a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, clarify what matters to you, and create a path forward that feels more authentic and sustainable.
-
Living with ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence can affect relationships, communication, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and everyday life. Many adults have spent years feeling misunderstood or believing they are somehow “too much” or “not enough.” I offer neurodiversity-affirming counselling that focuses on understanding your experiences, working with your strengths, developing self-compassion, and finding strategies that support the way your brain works.
-
Questions about identity can arise at any stage of life. You may be questioning who you are, struggling with self-esteem or shame, feeling caught between different cultural expectations, or trying to create a life that feels more aligned with your values. Counselling offers a space to explore these questions without judgment and develop a stronger, more authentic relationship with yourself.
-
I provide affirming counselling for LGBTQ+ adults, including queer, gay, lesbian, and bisexual clients. We can explore relationships, identity, belonging, self-acceptance, shame, family dynamics, and the experience of building a life that feels authentic to who you are. You don't need to explain or defend your identity in the counselling room—you can simply show up as yourself.
-
Our past experiences can influence how we understand ourselves and how we relate to other people. I work with adults who are trying to understand the impact of difficult or painful experiences on their relationships, boundaries, self-esteem, and emotional responses. Counselling can provide a supportive space to make sense of these patterns while developing greater self-compassion and healthier ways of relating.
-
Loss isn't limited to death. We can experience grief after a breakup, divorce, major life change, loss of identity, changes in health or circumstances, or the ending of something we once expected our lives to look like. Counselling can help you make space for grief while gradually finding your footing and figuring out what comes next.
-
I offer counselling in both English and Spanish. Being able to communicate in the language that feels most natural to you can be especially meaningful when exploring relationships, family, identity, culture, and difficult life experiences.
-
Relationships can be deeply meaningful, but they can also be a source of stress, confusion, and pain. I help adults explore communication difficulties, recurring conflict, trust issues, attachment patterns, and challenges expressing their needs. Whether you're struggling with a current relationship, dating, or wanting to build healthier patterns of connection, counselling can provide a space to understand what's happening and find new ways forward.
-
Sometimes we find ourselves repeating relationship patterns even when we consciously want something different. You may notice that you become anxious when someone pulls away, have difficulty trusting others, shut down during conflict, or struggle to feel secure in relationships. Together, we can explore your attachment patterns and the experiences that may have shaped how you connect, communicate, protect yourself, and respond to others.
-
The end of a relationship can bring grief, anger, relief, uncertainty, and a lot of questions about what comes next. I support adults navigating breakups, separation, divorce, rebuilding after a relationship ends, and the process of rediscovering yourself outside of a relationship. Counselling can also be helpful when you're trying to make sense of a relationship that has changed but isn't necessarily over.
-
Relationships don't have to follow a one-size-fits-all model. I offer affirming, non-judgmental counselling for individuals and partners navigating ethical non-monogamy (ENM), polyamory, and other consensually non-monogamous relationships. We can explore communication, boundaries, jealousy, trust, attachment, agreements, changing relationship structures, and the challenges that can arise when relationships don't fit traditional expectations.ription
-
Do you find yourself saying yes when you really want to say no? Perhaps you spend a lot of time worrying about other people's feelings, avoid conflict, or feel responsible for keeping everyone happy. Counselling can help you understand people-pleasing patterns, develop healthier boundaries, strengthen self-worth, and learn to recognize and communicate your own needs without losing yourself in the process.
-
Anxiety doesn't always look like panic. Sometimes it looks like constantly thinking things through, second-guessing yourself, worrying about what other people think, or feeling unable to switch your brain off. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, stress, and difficulty regulating strong emotions. Together, we can develop a better understanding of what is happening beneath the surface and find strategies that help you feel more grounded and in control.
How I Work
I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and grounded in your real life. My approach is rooted in understanding your attachment patterns, the ways you’ve learned to connect, protect yourself, and respond in relationships.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build practical tools for communication, boundaries, and emotional regulation. I balance deeper emotional work with practical strategies so that therapy not only brings insight but also meaningful change in your daily life.
I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and draw from attachment-based, trauma-informed, and emotion-focused approaches. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you move toward more authentic and secure relationships.

You don’t need to be in crisis to come to therapy.
Many of the people I work with are functioning well on the outside, but internally feel stuck in the same relationship patterns, unsure how to express their needs, or emotionally exhausted from overthinking, people-pleasing, or overgiving.
Some are navigating changes in their relationships or identity. Others are trying to understand why connection feels so difficult, even when things “look fine” on the surface.
If this resonates, therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin relating to yourself and others differently.
If you’re looking for a space to better understand your patterns and build more secure, authentic relationships, I would be glad to support you.
