Welcome. You may be here because something in your relationships or life no longer feels sustainable. Maybe you keep finding yourself in the same patterns, struggling to communicate your needs, feeling emotionally burned out, or navigating a major life transition.

I work with adults navigating relationship challenges, attachment patterns, identity exploration, and the complexities of ethically non-monogamous relationships. I offer affirming support for LGBTQ+ and ENM/poly clients, and provide counselling in both English and Spanish.

My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build healthier and more authentic relationships, and create lives that feel more aligned and fulfilling.

What I Help With

I work with adults navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, and the emotional patterns that can keep people feeling stuck or disconnected. Some of the areas I commonly support clients with include:

  • Identity exploration, self-esteem, shame, and cultural or racial identity

  • ADHD, neurodivergence, learning differences, and executive functioning challenges

  • Trauma, including intimate partner violence and sexual abuse

  • Major life transitions such as career changes, parenting, education, marriage, and relocation

  • Spirituality, religion, and finding meaning or direction in life

  • Relationship conflict, communication challenges, and attachment patterns

  • Anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm

  • Boundaries, people-pleasing, codependency, and emotional regulation

  • Ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, jealousy, trust, and relationship transitions

  • Breakups, divorce, grief, and rebuilding after loss

How I Work

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and grounded in your real life. My approach is rooted in understanding your attachment patterns—the ways you’ve learned to connect, protect yourself, and respond in relationships.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build practical tools for communication, boundaries, and emotional regulation. I balance deeper emotional work with practical strategies so that therapy not only brings insight, but also meaningful change in your daily life.

I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and draw from attachment-based, trauma-informed, and emotion-focused approaches. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you move toward more authentic and secure relationships.

You don’t need to be in crisis to come to therapy.

Many of the people I work with are functioning well on the outside, but internally feel stuck in the same relationship patterns, unsure how to express their needs, or emotionally exhausted from overthinking, people-pleasing, or overgiving.

Some are navigating changes in their relationships or identity. Others are trying to understand why connection feels so difficult, even when things “look fine” on the surface.

If this resonates, therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin relating to yourself and others differently.

If you’re looking for a space to better understand your patterns and build more secure, authentic relationships, I would be glad to support you.
