"Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here."
I’m Maryam. As a counselling psychology graduate, I bring not only professional training but also personal lived experience to my work. Having immigrated to Canada, I understand firsthand the emotional, cultural, and identity challenges that come with transitions and starting over. My goal is to create a compassionate, inclusive space where your story is valued, your emotions are honoured, and your voice truly matters. Together, we will work at a pace that feels safe, empowering, and meaningful for you.

I have particular experience supporting immigrants and newcomers as they navigate the complexities of starting over in a new country, blending my professional knowledge with personal understanding of cultural shifts, loss, and growth.
My Therapeutic Approach
Every person’s story is unique — so I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs.
