Hi! I’m Léa

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology. I'm a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and currently pre-licensed. I continue to pursue ongoing professional development to offer you informed, compassionate care.

I support clients who want to:

    My therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, and is grounded in both professional training and lived experience. I'm committed to a collaborative, culturally responsive process tailored to your unique needs and strengths.
